I love this high-quality parody trailer mocking 2012. Yet, I also have a soft-spot for the mindless “pew-pew-pew/BOOM”-ness of flicks like Independence Day (which I got stucked into watching just this past Sunday evening). So, I guess I appreciate both the criticism and the actual film. (2012 has two big things going for it in my book: geeky male lead = John Cusack [instead of Goldblum], and an aircraft carrier crashing into the White House.)
