Woah. This is wild. I’m sure there will be more photos in the days ahead, and maybe even a video of the pilot landing in the Hudson (which, by all accounts, he did with extreme grace and skill). But, here we are, living in a day an age where this guy just happens to be on a ferry — which rushes to pick up passengers as they evacuate the plane. He posts the picture to Twitter, and it’s up in moments.
Crazy.
I’m glad everyone (according to the Mayor’s office) seems to have made it okay.
